This packet includes an Outreach flyer, an application for free or reduced price meal benefits, and a set of detailed instructions as well as frequently asked questions. If applicable please fill out the application and send it back to me either by email, snail mail or drop them off at the office before school starts.
If you get direct certification from the State of RI, you do not need to send in a form. If your circumstances change during the school year, a form may be sent in at a later date.
