I hope you are all doing well despite this gloomy spell of weather we are having! Please see below for some upcoming events and general updates.
Open House for Prospective Families 
Each year, we host an Open House for Prospective Families to come visit our spectacular school and chat with our amazing staff. This year’s Open House will be held on Thursday, February 15th at 6:00. Please spread the word to any of your friends, co-workers, etc. who are looking to learn more about what we do here at KHA.
Toys from Home 
Outside toys, including electronics, have become a distraction during the school day and should not be brought to school. This applies to Before School and After School KARES Club as well. However, this does not apply to the bus (if allowed) or for special classroom approved occasions. That being said, if toys do leave the home, they should remain in the backpacks during the school day.
Lost and Found 
There are still a lot of lonely coats, sweatshirts, hats, gloves, and water bottles in our lost and found right now. Please remind your child to look for any lost belongings.
RTI and Tutoring Letters 
The second round of RTI is set to start next week. If your child was recommended for extra support throughout the school day, you will be receiving a letter in your child’s folder by the end of the week. If your child was recommended for one of our after-school tutoring groups, those letters will be coming home next week.
