Happy Sunny Friday 
! The past few weeks have been an exciting (and very busy) time at KHA. We have been continuing the state testing marathon, going on field trips, starting ELP’s up again, maintaining our award winning teaching, all while meeting our new Chief Administrator, Mrs. Clark! I am proud to share that Mrs. Clark has been absolutely amazed at how polite, respectful, and caring the students have been. So let’s take a second now to give the students a nice silent (or not silent) round of applause.
As the year’s end is rapidly approaching, I would also like to point out some key dates to mark in your calendars. Please note that this does not include grade-specific field trips, project shares, etc.
- May 27th – Memorial Day
- May 31st – Patriotic Concert (1:30)
- June 6th – Last PTO Meeting of the Year (6:00)
- June 7th – Ice Cream Social (5:30)
- June 10th – Talent Show (details coming soon)
- June 11th – Talent Show Rain Date
- June 12th – Field Day
- June 13th – 5th Grade Graduation (10:00)
- June 17th – Field Day Rain Date
- June 18th – Last Day of School
